Alpha Dominion – Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) govern the provision of consulting services by

Alpha Dominion (“we,” “our,” or “Alpha Dominion”) to its clients (“Client” or “You”). By engaging our services, you agree to the following terms:

1. Scope of Services

Alpha Dominion provides strategic consulting in the areas of:

Business diagnostics and restructuringFinancial advisory and capital readinessMarketing and growth executionField force deployment and lead generation

All services will be outlined in a formal proposal and/or Statement of Work (SOW) prior to commencement.

2. Engagement Terms

Engagement begins upon written confirmation and initial payment.All deliverables, timelines, and responsibilities will be specified in the project scope document.Any additional work beyond the agreed scope will require a change request and may incur additional charges.

3. Fees & Payment

All fees are quoted in AED (United Arab Emirates Dirham) and are exclusive of VAT unless otherwise stated.Payments are due as per the milestone structure or invoice terms.Late payments may incur a 5% penalty after 7 days from the due date.

4. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of all proprietary or sensitive information shared during the course of engagement. Confidential information may not be shared with third parties without prior written consent.

5. Intellectual Property

Any strategies, frameworks, or proprietary methods developed by Alpha Dominion remain the intellectual property of Alpha Dominion.The Client may use all final deliverables for internal purposes but may not resell, republish, or redistribute without permission.

6. Client Responsibilities

The Client agrees to: Provide timely access to key information and decision-makersCooperate and communicate promptly for approvals, feedback, and dataAccept reasonable delays in deliverables if approvals or access are delayed

7. Limitation of Liability

Alpha Dominion will perform services with due diligence and professionalism. However, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from decisions made based on our consulting recommendations.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate the engagement with 14 days' written notice. In such cases: Work completed until the date of termination will be invoicedPrepaid fees for unrendered services may be refunded on a prorated basis

9. Force Majeure

Alpha Dominion shall not be held liable for delays or non-performance due to circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, or communication failures.

10. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates and disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Dubai Courts.

By proceeding with Alpha Dominion’s services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions.
